Where do i even start?
i hate cell c like i never hated anyone before including both times i got hair in my food at ocean basket in waverly plaza. it all started more then 3 months ago when my bbm /e-mail/internet and network went on and off and on and off. i called in and the send me settings to my phone and it worked... for a hour. i called again and apparently it was my phone, so went and bought a NEW phone. STILL NOTHING WORKED!!! i called in again and they gave me a reference number and so i waited (eventually nothing happen). a few weeks later i called again and they said they are working on it. so now i was lekker angry and went into the cell c store in colonnade and told them to fix it NOW!!! (bare in mind as time pass my monthly airtime expires and fades away cause i cant use my sim card cause no one is fixing it) in the cell c shop the lady told me my sim card is to old (great money making scheme there cell c, didn't see that one coming!!! i had to pay R60 for a sim swop and my sim is still not working!!! you better refund me and the airtime i loose every month. i complained on cell c fb and still nothing, cant wait for you to cancel my contract in 8 months!
