Got a premature cancelletion quote and paid on the 6th day as you are supposed to settle within 7days. I paid at a vodacom outlet sent the email to retentions department on the 21st with id signed premature cancellation contract and proof of payment .till now nothing has been done the contracts are still active.called the contact centre and they said they said they received the documents but do not know why it has not been done. The service of the big companies is pathetic and no one really cares. I want my contract cancelled i have paid my dues and think it very unfair to be told we are not sure why, then who the know. I am extremley disappointed and i am going to port my number to mtn.the reference number given is EC-0O8T-27KO42
