An employee phoned and said i am due for an upgrade. I told him i was not interested since i want to cancel my contract because they only have Edge in Bergville and MTN has 3G. He said that the modem is LTE enabled, that i should try it and if not satisfied i have 10 days in which to return it. Well i have now spoken to 5 people regarding this and the fetching of it, but to no avail. To top it all has my bank account been illegally
debited with an amount of R148, 90 as i have mot agreed to this contract. This is not an upgrade but a totally new account and new contact number. I am fed up with this supplier whom i have been supporting a long time. There will be no upgrade instead i am going to cancel my existing internet account with them!!
