BRAND NEW PHONE FAULTY

I ordered online as it says Next Day Delivery, which the phone was delivered the next day, much to my delight. However upon opening and starting up the phone, the scroll button would not work. I phoned back to see how I can get this sorted, I was then told I would have to wait a week for them to collect the broken phone and deliver a new one. I asked if it was possible for me to go in to a store to speed this up, and it was not possible. So now that I have signed to continue my contract, I am now at the mercy of Vodacom staff and computer processes and will have to just wait for a week or so before getting what I signed for.
