Today I inquired about a phone I've been waiting for months to get, the phone still isn't readily available. I went via the normal channel which is to phone a couple of branches and ask them when they would be getting stock, I received the expected "We're not sure when we will be getting stock" response.
Then I remember having tweeted with them before, so I tweeted them the same question and within 1 hour of brief, fun and extremely helpful communication between myself and what I assume was his team, I received an email from Gavin telling me exactly when my phone would be arriving and asking the branch to hold it for me.
I think you've done a brilliant job at making communication between your company and the public so simple and easy and I cannot remember the last time I communicated with people who have such a great attitude.
