Long story short. I was overbilled in 2011 on my account and have logged this with MTN SP now for the 100th time but they are a bunch of incompetent. Each time I log this I am being told a different story. Latest story i'm told is that credit was passed to me in 2011 already on my account but they can't send me proof cuz they can only go 6months back but they can view this on the screen. So I will need to fill in a form for them to access the achieves and send the info to me. But there will be a cost involved. So I must Pay MTN to look up the mistakes they made on my billing just to credit me, they can't tell me this fee. So for eg. they might owe R500 in credit but I might need to pay them R7000 to go look this up :). I had a my call 100 contract I took out in 2005. In 2007 I upgraded to a topup. But MTN up and never switched my line over from open to top op. So i'm being charged each months for MTN mistakes and I've been fighting for 2 ing years. Now one can help me. I have placed a stop on the debit orders but money still goes off. Can anyone at MTN that gives a about their customers please fone me. MTN is us and getting away
