Cell C Conveniently steals your money

I had a query about my credit balance that was taken by Cell C. I got 4 responses and all 4 were different stories to why my credit was taken as a debit on my account. i pretty much had enough of this incompentence.
Now i hear i had an "open line" and i had to pay R290.00 towards that line. no idea where they get this from cause i only have one account with Cell C. I then asked why did you take the full credit of R332.56 if the "open line" was due with R290.00. Then the lady said well she will ask the billing department to why they took my whole credit and not only R290.00. I said to her this is very dodgie and i will not accept this story either. all the stories that they told me doesn't make sense. I have my monthly statements with my billings and payments. where did i had an open line? How can they come after 4 months of my upgrade/downgrade telling me that i still owed money? This is just pathetic. Cell C my money and now they are looking for a way out. If they does this to 10 people, can you imagine how much money they would have? This is the WORSE service provider i had to deal with. I will never recommend them to anyone. This is just day light.
