I ordered a phone online and Mamotse (Ref: MV 2033857) took me through the whole process and the phone was delivered to me within a week. i did not like the colour so i asked for a white one and i could not get hold of Mamotse so Melissa assisted me (Ref:1003152). the phone was collected from me on the 23/05/2013 and i signed some papers and i have a copy with me and Melissa instructed me to keep the sim card as the phone will be delivered soon but she did not say when but she told me the white stock is available. ever since then i have not received any communication from MTN and i have been calling asking for these two people and they cant be reached and they are not calling me back. i even asked for their supervisors but they also not assisting me. Please help as i am afraid that this phone will be debited from my account and i do not even have the phone.
