This place is a mess in my point of view because they charge people that don't even have credit card with them for that money so they are busy with my account is getting debited for a credit card i don't even own but I'm getting charge for it i want it stop asap as they already debited my account 5 times this month for no reason and if i go in to my bank to stop the debit order because i have not signed for anything the next day they just put thought another debit order and they cant put a debit order on my account without my knowledge.
every time i phone to report this to the platinum credit card corporation they give me a new story and this is unacceptable from my point of view because i cant pay for things i do not use or even have!!!
