Fill in this form, we will then do nothing about it

In 2011, I had to fill in a Credit Lock Limit Form due to the fact that the 3G that's on my name was being used by my mother and we don't live together. So she went over the 500MB, and as I explained back then, I would not like surprize accounts. I then completed this form with a R500 credit lock.

For the past three months MWEB has debited my account for amounts more than the agreed amount. The device is supposed to stop working when the limit is reached, but clearly the forms that you HAVE TO fill in, means squat. Total overcharged amount R 960.09 in 3 months.

According to the Consumer Protection Act 2011, MWEB is actually liable for this amount since it was not the agreed amount. I have emailed the billing department and still waiting for an answer.

BUT THEY HAVE OF COURSE TAKEN THE DEBIT ORDER OFF!!! PAY ME BACK MWEB!!!
