SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CELL C

My wife's cell c contract was due to expire at the end of October which mean't the last debit order would have went through in November because the contract is billed in arrears. We visited Cell C Norwood in the begining of October to complete the paperwork to terminate the contract. To our surprise we had seen a debit order go through our account in December and the same was returned due to insufficient funds of which we paid penalty fees to the bank. We visited Norwood again and they asked to bring the paperwork in again so they can refax it. Many follow up calls and visits to the store and the matter is still not resloved 2 weeks later. All they say is "We acknowledge your query". This is shocking. When i request the penalty fees be reversed they say no because they extended us a service!!! We did what we needed to by completing the relevant paperwork and they did not do their job and now we have a bad record with the bank and their ignorance in this matter... Cell C, you are absolutely shocking in your service!
