Iam extremely upset with the service I received from mtn, I had to run around all over the show to get the simcard replaced, after spending an exorbitant amount in calls to your call center notifying agent after that there is a problem with the sim or the phone, being transferred from pillar to post, I then contacted vusumuzi dube who done the new contract telephonically with me, he advised that I should go to rosebank mall mtn have them test the sim and replace it should it be faulty, I asked him to confirm that there will be no cost to myself as mtn direct delivered a faulty sim, he advised that there was not going to be any cost, getting there I was told that the sim is faulty and a sim swap needs to be done, I then called vusumuzi from the branch, he then requested I pay for the sim and send him the proof of payment and I will refunded, on the 21/05/2013 I reversed the debit from mtn, as the full amount was charged, when my refund was given, or even deducted and the phone was less then 2 week active, now the phone has been cut, what the is happing. Can someone please give me feedback
