Autopage from my Account and Bad Service

On the 05/04/2013, I called Auto Page to upgrade & migrate my contract from talk 200- talk 500. The person I spoke to was Mr Bheki Ntuli. We had agreed on a Blackberry Z10 and Nokia C1-01 as the free phones to be given on the contract. Bheki also informed me that the monthly subscription fee for the contract is R578.00 including BIS, which I agreed. Bheki informed me that I will need to send him a letter stating the details of my upgrade, my acceptance and my signature. I had done so and have the proof. I also have Bheki's acknowledgement of receipt of the letter as well as everything being fine. It took 2 months for me to recieve the Z10. I still havent recieved my Nokia. Today I received my bill, I was being billed for some kind of subscription services that I had not approved. (My Music- R51.75, My Security- R18.42, My Account Pro- R19.74). I was even more shocked to see my monthly charges of R701.75 exclduing BIS. I was informed by Bheki Ntuli that the monthly charges are R578.00 inclusive of BIS. (I have proof) On my bill of this month and last month (May 2013), you guys are charging me a subscription charge of R701.75 excluding BIS. Autopage are me of R175.00 per month
