According to my Cell C bill for November I sended 1934 sms's. Thd total amount billed is R984.70.On my December account the number of sms's send is 2079 and the total amount billed for sms's R1, 031.10. These sms's were send to the children in my home in the same sequence 24hrs a day. I went to Cell C to take this up with them, but according to them the sms's were send and I am liable for the cost. I explained to them that it is impossible to send sms's 24hrs a day, some of them are only 3 seconds appart, but there response was that if the phone is faulty it is not their problem. It is a contract phone given to me by Cell C, they received the money charged for this, but refuse to refund me, the guy who helped me even went so far to say that I can take them to court, but I will have to proof that I did not send the sms's. No one received these sms's, it also did not show as sended items on my phone. How was I suppose to know that the phone is faulty. I lost over R2000 and I am a Cell C client for over 8 years, but this is their attitude.
