Poor Customer Service - Consultant Mistakes

Having had great service form MTN

I visited the Canal Walk store on Saturday the 2/6/2013 and dealt with K.Mlozan. I provided the consultant with all the information and was advised that the application was being processed. Not being able to contact the store directly via the 021 551 2225 provided by MTN as this number is incorrect and 021 527 2000 as the auto prompt does not allow selecting option just hangs up. I visited the store and spoke with Julian; he advised that the application was waiting for my 3 month bank statements that had not been uploaded. Now I am once again waiting for application to be processed. No effort was made to correct the issue in a speedily manner all that I keep being told is that it is being processed. I have also mailed the consultant twice without a response.

I find this a very unprofessional of the consultant who didn't conduct himself correctly and for the company for not having the correct contact details for the store.

I have made contact with the MTN web chat to get an email address for the store manager, I don't understand why as the client I have to jump through hoops and call, and follow up on the consultants.
