How does this company stay afloat? Surely if you run a courier service you would need to answer you phones to take orders, and if you provide a tracking service and contact details of your website, do you not expect people to call?
, ive been calling about a delivery for 4 days now, tried emailing from the website and have no response. I had to source my waybill number from the supplier and when queried on MDS website, its waiting customer feedback... WHAT FEEDBACK?... haven't heard any from them in order to feedback on?
