CellC, I am still waiting for the signal issue in Bedfordpark to be resolved. I have been promised for the last few months that this will be resolved however I still have no signal.
I have also logged two calls for a callout and given my address, however no one has come to assist. Unfortunately more and poor unacceptable service / lack there of.
Can someone get back to me with answers? How about a refund too since I am being charged for services that CellC is UNABLE to provide. Surely this must be in breach of my contract???
