In the last week I did a number port, I decided to go from vodacom and support MTN.
The service is shocking, i bought a mini sim and luckily I checked and noticed the gave me the wrong sim. I can't get hold of 173, I can't get hold of 1555??? This is ridicules. I got the number ported, but there was R250 airtime on that number
None of the Mtn staff informed me that I will lose my airtime. This is bad service and I want R250 airtime back please.
I think you should train your staff to inform customers properly.
I think informing a customer regarding his remaining airtime before a port is done is a important factor.
