Debit for Airtime subscription but no airtime

I subscribed for R115 airtime worth R70 on my Edgars account, I never got the airtime & i taught the subscription was not successful i realized in March that they started debiting me September 2012 till now. I went to Edgars in JHB and they gave me a phone to call RCM as they said they are doing airtime subscription through them, I spoke to Thanduxolo Mthezo in march I told him that i want my refund and if they cant give me my airtime they must cancell the debit of R70 which goes of my Edgars statement and it was not cancelled instead they Refunded me R140 and took R70 again without me being given any airtime, the reference number for that call is 1105134664303 after i have seen that i called them again and spoke to Paulina Ref :0107137407041 and told her that I'm supposed to get R700 not R140 she promised to escalate it and nothing was done, I called again and she answered the phone and i explained the same thing again and she gave me a very bad attitude even told me that she might not even assist me on REF:130731246747 Nothing has been done and Edgars owes me R700 &still deducting.pls respond on [Email Removed] or call between 1:30-2:30pm on 0737084313 thanks.
