RENEWAL OF AIRTIME CONTRACTS WITHOUT CONSENT

I loaded airtime into my phone on Sunday for some unknown reason 5 minutes later I then attempted to make a call and the prompt voice told me to load airtime, in dismay I called the Vodadcom call centre to assist me check this out, I was told this number did not belong to me it belonged to a corporate of some sort and they gave me a number to call, it turns out it belongs to this group called RMCS, I remember getting a call from one of the agents in a call centre offering me airtime at a cheaper rate and it was a 24 month contract this was in June 2009 and to this day I am still paying for this contract, my question is how does a 24 month become a 48 month contract without me knowing or anyone calling me and making me aware of a new agreement? I feel robbed that I would be disregarded in such decisions and rather disappointed in the service I have received. What does the NCA have to say about this please enlighten me so that I do not make any more mistakes such as this one in the future.
