I received my SamSung S4 Saturday 2pm and was told Sim swop would happen within 2-24hours. Well today is Tuesday 7am and I am still unable to use my Samsung!!! I have called 808 and been into store and both have said they have sent a notification to the technical department, but I still have no service what so ever! I am really so unimpressed and making me want to just leave MTN if this is how slow they/technical team are to solve a problem on something they do daily!
