Stock Code Issue preventing me from getting phone

I went to Cell C clearwater last week Tuesday to take out a Straight Up 100 contract together with the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini. When we completed all the paperwork, the clerk notified me that she cannot give me the phone, even though they do have it in stock, because there is some issue on the system which is not allowing the item to be booked out at the correct price (or some reason like that).

The clerk informed me that as soon as the auditor came in to correct the error, I would have my phone and that this would happen that same day. Needless to say that the "auditor" (although I'm sure that can't be the right name for the person responsible) never showed up on Tuesday, nor Wednesday when I called again, or Thursday etc etc. Each day I was promised by the clerk and manager that today is the day, but it never happened.

It is now a week later and the store is still unable to help me.By this time, I could have gotten the phone from any other store, had I known it would take this long. And what frustrates me is that it seems to be only a technical problem... the phone is physically in the store room, I just cant get it because of some stock code problem?!
