MTN passing the buck to Samsung

So, it's been 2 months now and my problem is still not sorted out. Call centre 1555 did try to help but advice that I should go to a branch. Key West MTN and WESTGATE MTN said I must go to clear water mall to get the software downloaded on my phone. I took the day of (Sunday 17 Nov. 13) and drove out to Clearwater Mall. The 1st MTN shop said they can't help me I must try the other one, so I did. Only to be told they can't help me I must go to the Samsung store for the software upgrade... I phones 1555 again and talked to a supervisor Steven and he said "yes I have to go to Samsung"
Samsung said that MTN is fully aware of the problem with the Samsung galaxy S2 and that I should do a sim swop. I phoned Steven again and he said "well the I should go do the sim swap"
I went back to MTN and the said the only have the small sim cards, I must try another branch.
I drove to WESTGATE and the want me to pay for the sim swop, even after I've explained everything to them.
So from 9:00 at Clearwater to 11:00 at Westgate... I still went home with nobody even taking my name or no. to try and help me.

Not only can't I use my internet but I also wasted my entire Sunday
