Non Activation of Data on specified contract

Nashua Mobile gladly upgraded my contract in the begining of September to the R379 Cell C package on straight up 100 which included 900mb data free on the deal. I have been soft locked today the 14 of September only to find out that the 900mb was not allocated and therefore my airtime has been deplete and that i now have to increase my soft lock limit to unlock the phone.

Someone has not done there job at my expense!
