I asked m-web to cancel my account with them multiple times, they did so 3-4 weeks after i requested cancellation but charged me for a month of internet I did not use, this was after charging me for an ungraded account that they did not upgrade, ie increased price, no change in service, then they debited my account R700 odd rand, for something i didn't receive, i reversed the debit order as i was paying for something i have not received and then they have the audacity to sms me that i have a balance outstanding on my account. Then when i try to phone the number the JUST smsed me, they refuse to pick up. You will not get free money out of my by extortion, your service was at best non-existant in terms of 'world class internet' or whatever you used to advertise your failed product and your customer service stinks worse than the Ganges. I refuse to continue to deal with your company and you will not extort money out of me for a service that you provided that cost me more than it was supposed to and when delivered was broken. The CPA was instated to protect people from thieving like you.
