I have been with Vodacom for many years. Now we are here.

Can someone please provide me with some form of feedback. OBF (Out of box failures). Who has this policy been created for. To protect clients or the Vodacom company. I do not feel protected. I appear to be locked into another 2 year contract and all that I received for reporting a faulty device (Within the 7 days of my new upgrades inception nevertheless), has been bad attitude.

Honesty is the best policy. I am told that my request is urgent (it being I do not have another phone-Broken), but it appears that I am being kept hostage by the very provider that I have given blood sweat and tears to. For those few individuals that constantly complain about bad service, let me say this. I have been a victim of this too. I cannot say that everyone within the company that I have spoken to has not tried to help. Out of 4 Individuals I have spoken to, 1 has been understanding of my problem (but she could not help as I took the phone out by a 4u store).

What is the point Vodacom. Why can be taking an upgrade be such a nightmare... When did things change?
