MICHKA AND RIEDWAA DENY I HAD A BATTERY

I took my blackberry 9780 in for repairs under warranty roundabout 5 july 2013. I was attended to by a lady by the name MICHKA she filled out the paperwork and told me to sign all the documents.i gave her my phone after taking out my sim and memory card leaving the battery in the phone.
20/25 days passed and my wife went to the store to pick up the phone she returned home and I then discovered that mtn had replaced the phone with a refurbished one I was happy about that but when I wanted to switch it on I saw that there was no battery my wife went back to the store they said that I handed it in without a battery but would call the repair centre to make sure. they called later to say there was no battery.
I went myself to speak to michka she then denied that the phone had a batt she said the paperwork shows no batt was booked in I was furious as she took the phone from me with the batt and she switched it off when I gave it to her initially. after a argument she later agreed that she would buy me a new batt from her own pocket that was in august she either is not available and I have had no reply from her since. my contract is due for renewal but since this incident im gonna cancel.
