Virgin Mobile should just disappear as a service provider. Firstly when i started my contract they did not advice me that the S4 updates all the time and all my date of 350mb was taken and airtime of R400 in 48hours i had to figure out for myself how to stop this. For August they did no give me the correct amount of airtime they had a story and said they did. Now for the billing of October i stored my data from September plus minus 250mb then in October the 350mb for the month was added no problem i was accumilating it to use it. For November i only recieved 350mb which means they nicely just took the data i accumalated for themselves and just gave me the 350mb for the month. I want my data back as this was paid for and it is not Virgins Data to keep but mine. Furthemore they instructed that they clear it why was it not cleared the previous month and why did they not advise that they are doing this. Virgin Mobile is only out to gain from people and not give customer satisfaction and they are out to robs us .l want what is due to me and in future they must make sure that they send a message to tell us that we can not keep our previous months data. Stop being sly
