Pathetic service

My SIM card number 1719502761, I have never experience such pathetic service.

I have lodged a complain yesterday 17 January 2013 regarding a SIM card that been deactivated and I was told that the SIM card would be active within 24 hours because I had purchase data bundles (R180). Today 18 January 2013 I'm calling the MTN call centre (083173) they can't pick up the SIM number the lady Sinovyo has disappear of there employee list and guess what they can't help me because the SIM card number has also disappeared of there database which was a whole different story yesterday.

Please guys you are a service provider you can surely do better then this.
