I upgraded/renewed my cell phone contract in March to an brand new Apple iPhone 5. After having it just for 4weeks - the phone froze and i could not use. I resturned to Nahua mobile store in Pavillion and they said that they have to book the phone in for repairs. I received an sms after a week to collect the "repaired" phone, the lady in the store turns the phone on and shows me the phone starts and is fine - and tells me that the repair centre formatted and updated the software. I took the phone home and restored my data (only around 550mb) from itunes and i noticed that i dont have 3G network/signal. After half an hour the phone starts freezing again and and shows multiple colors and streaks across the phone which i managed to record on video and phone on my other phone. I took the phone back to the store the next day and they said that they have to re-book the phone for repairs. After 2 weeks i receive an sms to collect my phone. I go collect the phone and the lady gives me the form to sign for the device first - then opens a brown cardboard box and tells me this is a refurbished phone they replacing my new unit. I refuse to sign the doc becoz i dont want this secnd-hand phne.
