I am still waiting for MTN to respond to the following complaint: https:///mtn/complaints/network-coverage-falls-out-daily-1076319
I am not getting any feedback when I call their line as they recommended. I have had to purchase a new sim card to rule out that as an issue as well as a vodacom contract so people can actually reach me. Can someone from MTN actually call me back? I actually find it appalling that I have a hello peter complaint in, as well as 3 reference numbers with MTN and no one can be bothered to follow through and sort this issue out.
