2 years ago my mother took out a R150 top up contract with vodacom for me. I had to upgrade this year in February but never did as i wanted this contract to continue. On the 31.05.13 they just cancelled my BIS without any notification. I contacted customer service on Saturday and they informed me that I can continue with the contract if i pay R59 more for the BIS per month. Meaning my contract will now cost me R209 per month. I've been trying to get hold of them since last night again, from 4pm, it's now 09:33 (monday), holding for half an hour to 40minutes. I've contacted them about 6/7 times with no response. Are they not open on Sunday's and Monday's?
