Contract Upgrade

I upgraded my contract on the 15th February 2011. This was the 21st month of my contract. Vodacom allows their customers to upgrade their contracts in the 21st month. What vodacom fails to inform you is that your Value Added services become active the day you sign that contract paper HOWEVER your contract ONLY OFFICIALLY comes into play 3 months later.
So... as a result my BIS service's ''24 months'' expired on the 15th Feb (This ofcourse I was not aware of as I assumed my BIS service was valid as long as my contract was seeing as I signed for BOTH services on the SAME piece of paper). I then received an sms from Vodacom stating that they hoped I have enjoyed my free BIS service (WHICH WAS NOT FREE AS I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT EVERY MONTH) and if I wish to continue with it I must please contact them. Nowhere in this sms did it state that my BIS service was going to be disconnected. I, as I am sure any consumer would be, was under the impression that my BIS service would continue as my contract does. It gave no disconnection date whatsoever. Vodacom communication is TERRIBLE, they expect their consumers to smell things and if you cant, you will lose out. So disappointed in them
