I sent a fax to cancel my account in Jan 2013, I then followed up by calling in to your call centre in Feb. The agent told me that the contract is cancelled and that the last deduction would go off in March. This is fine - I had switched off the phone in March and I have never used it since. April, May and June - I am still being billed for this. I have reversed the payments with my bank - but this morning I see that your debit order has gone off again.
Please check your system and update my details - this contract is cancelled.
