Waiting for number port-7 months later!

It all started last year - when my phone was in June-I was with Vodacom for 8 years-blocked my phone number-and then decided to give Mtn a go. I then phoned in July to get myself a new phone-had to phone about 2-3 weeks-following up on: when will I be receiving my phone-day after day I had to hear they are still busy doing some micro simcard transfer (which I might add the bb bold 9900-doesn't have a micro simcard-wonder if I was charged for that as well?)

Then the fireworks started-I then phoned AGAIN-to asked whether my phone was now active or not-and they then came with the excuse-my number hadn't been ported yet-N-U-M-E-R-O-U-S I spoke to different people-where a Yolanda and another colleague told me on month 4-I found out that my contract hadn't been registered yet, they can see money is coming in but they do not know to which account and they have been sending airtime and they aren't sure to who. I was SHOCKED.And here I am 7 months down the road and still no one frm other networks can't phone me-I can't receive sms's from no-one not even my bank! Only Mtn numbers can phone and sms me. And still I'm paying my account each month.
