Poor service from MTN

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH MTN FROM JUNE 2012, MY BLACKBERRY 9360 HAS BEEN FAULTY LATELY 1ST THE CAMERA IS NOT WORKING AND FROM FRIDAY IT WAS STARTED GOING BLANK ON THE SCREEN BUT COULD STILL RECEIVE PHONE CALLS . THE LADIES FROM MTN MOUNT EDGCOMBE CAME TO WORK ON FRIDAY AND THEY SAID I SHOULD TAKE IT TO MTN PAVILION BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPGRADE.WENT TO PAVILION ON SATURDAY AFTER SITTING FOR AN HOUR WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THE BLACKBERRY CONSULTANT LEAVES AT 2. CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THE BLACKBERRY CONSULTANT SAYS ITS NOT A SOFTWARE ISSUE BUT AN HARDWARE ISSUE AND MY LCD IS DAMAGED. SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR WAITING TO SEE A MTN CONSULTANT, HE ASKED ME IF I HAVE INSURANCE AND HE SAID THEY WILL NOT REPAIR MY PHONE BECAUSE IT IS DAMAGED BY WATER WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY A CONSULTANT IS TELLING ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY PHONE WHEN HE IS NOT EVEN IN REPAIRS DEPARTMENT. MY PHONE IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT BAD SERVICE WITH MTN FROM THE TIME I JOINED THE CONTRACT, IN THE 1ST WEEK I COULD NOT RECHARGE AND THEY ONLY ASSISTED ME AFTER A VERY LONG TIME. AM VERY DISSPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
