Vodacom has let me down once again

I ordered a phone online and eventually after nearly two weeks received the phone even tho they advertise 24 hour delivery service. When i received the phone i was given a micro sim instead of a 64k simcard. I phoned vodacom and 24 hours later the courier service delivered yet again the wrong simcard. I phoned vodacom again and now 48 hours later nothing has arrived. This is unacceptable to me as surely you should know what simcard goes with what phone and i am now paying for a phone i cant use.
