In July i decided to take out a new contract with Nashua mobile as i am currently an existing customer. I requested for one of my existing numbers to be ported in. I was then called informing me that my phone is ready for collection. Upon getting to the store, they handed me the phone with the wrong number. They informed me that they will get me a new simcard with the correct port in number. More than two months down the line, I still do not have my simcard with my number and yet I have charged for the month of August. Now my account has also been debited for the cost of the device and a cancellation fee without me agreeing to any of this. I have been to the branch and called the call center several time and they have been of no help. I was also told that the manager would contact me and I'm still to receive that phone call.
