For over 5 years we have been customers of Atlantic SP. When Atlantic took over the Telkom section of the service, they promised we will not even know about problems in the background, as they will have fixed these even before we become aware of it. From last Tuesday, we have had intermittent service and from Thursday it is completely DEAD. After many telephone calls to Atlantic an many promises, it is still DEAD. Our business is dependant on this connection and since Tuesday we could not function and this has negatively impacted on our finances. This is costing us money!
