Cell C has the most pathetic after sales service. I recently received a Blackberry Z10 and a few months down the line the phone refused to switch on. In the beginning of December 2013 I took the phone to the Cell C branch in Signet Terrace lenasia and on the 13th January collected a replacement handset but when I switched on the phone I noticed that the speaker was not working and was highly dissappointed as this was supposed to be a working replacement phone. On the 18th January I took the phone back and up until today nobody can advise me as to what the progress is on my phone. This is completely unacceptable that you receive a handset from a repair that is faulty and still two weeks down the line I don't have a phone. I have been paying the contract every month yet I cannot use the services offered to me when the contract was sold.
