She was extremely rude and not friendly

Firstly I want to put on record that when my contract comes up for renewal I will not renew and I urge everyone out there that has a Vodacom contract to cancel. I decided to take my Blackberry 9900 in as its still under contract and warranty. I stood in the line at the repairs counter for more than 35mins. The most frustrating thing about standing in the line there was NO manager to assist the customers standing in this long queue to apologize for the long wait. As I got to the counter it got even more frustrating when I saw 4 computers free which could have been filled in by your employers. It puzzles me that Vodacom does not have enough staff for the most busiest period of the month. Then my night gets even worst when I spoke to the abrupt consultant at the repairs counter, when I questioned her about the staff, the reply I got was so surprising she said "I don't know"!! It gets better when she questioned me "Why did I take a cellphone that has a battery issues" I could ask Vodacom "Why did you sell me a cellphone with battery issues or stock it?? PLEASE FIX MY BLACKBERRY. You can't have a walk-in store with employers that are unhappy or rude, they represent your brand. TERRIBLE!
