No stock of Blackberry Battery 9900

I have taken out a BB 9900 Bold contract in January 2013. Battery is not working and I went to Canal Walk MTN to purchase a new battery.

The assistant who helped me said that they have no stock and that in the contract it stated that all stock are subject to availability - She did not want to help me and just said I have to wait for the supervisor, when I wanted to lay a formal complaint.

According to the supervisor:
1. They have no formal complaint system - I have to report it on line (which I could not find)???
2. They have no stock, neither does the two other branches in Canal Walk???
3. His solution was - "use one of your old phones"
4. They (MTN) are only able to supply if their supplier have stock - which they did not have.

How can MTN offer contracts and not have stock of cellphone batteries. I feel we were mislead when purchasing the contract and that MTN is very eager to give out contracts but have no after sales support what so ever. THE AFTER SALES SUPPORT IS THE DEAL-MAKER OR BREAKER - I will not renew any of our cellphone contracts with MTN again.
