I went to renew on contract for 2 years 2 Samsung phones to replace my other 2 as usual yesterday at your branch in East London at Retail park.
I was told that the oppo ones where the same specs as the samsung and they could only give me a 3 year contract.
I looked at my first account onthe net when I got home and saw I had been billed for over R1000 for July next, and was most unhappy as i was not told of the additional charges after Paying R150 in store.
I went this am to return the phones unopened as I was not happy with the contract and the phones as I compared them with the samsung and the specs are not the same.
The lady "connie " told me I can only return if they are not working. I left and called 0821958 twice and was told that I can return them under the Consumer protection act.
I called and asked to speak to the area manager and they said at about 11am that he would call me back I have not heard from him as yet.
The manager then told me I cannot return them once they leave the store.
Now that 2 different stories they have given me. Please contact them and ask them to contact me to return them and cancel this new contract. Many thanx H Philip Harper
