I understand that Authentication is a necessary process. But I am not happy giving my ID number over the phone. We all are aware that there has been a lot of based on ID numbers hence my reluctance to provide this over the phone. There will be to many people that have access to the voice recordings, the QA, team leaders, managers etc. This leaves to many variables for possible to entice me to use this as a verification question.

Can you please remove this question from your verification process?

Further to this I have a issue with being billed to much, I cant resolve this because of the above process. Can someone please give me a call to help me understand the increase on my bill
