Now this is great service Telkom. Two calls logged in May for no ADSL line problems and the last called was open for 20 days. On Friday you confirmed that the problem was resolved... Not even 2 days later I have no ADSL link. Where is the Customer Service? What is needed to get this line problem resolved?
I tried to escalate via your Call Centre, Twitter and Facebook and still no one at Telkom is prepared to assist the getting the ADSL line issue resolved.
