I'm so disappointed with the lack of customer service I've received from MTN. My cellphone contract with them finally ended after 2 years and it was such a mission just to get it cancelled. It took 2 months just to cancel the contract and even though I was promised that I would only be debited for the airtime, MTN still charged me the full amount for the contract on a phone that's paid up. I had to fight again for that to be resolved and last week an agent at told me to my face that the contract is definitely cancelled, the number has been switched to prepaid and that I will NOT be debited ever again. Come the 1st of June and low and behold, MTN takes my money again!!! This is the second month this happens and I'm now fed up.

I'm using this forum to lodge my complaint because I'm tired of going through useless call centres that tell me what I cant to hear and not what's actually true and I want MTN to get back to me personally because I'm not spending another dime calling or even going into any of their shops. I want my money back for last month and for this month ASAP!
