What has happened to giving customers correct info

Firstly I went to Nashua to get the correct amount that needs to be paid on my boyfriends account, they refused to help me... I phoned later the day to get their banking details so that I can pay the account, I stood an hour in the bank and when I get infront I get told that the account number belongs to someone else. What has happened to giving customers the correct information? They cancelled the debit order, you can't pay in store and then they give you the incorrect information! Really? I am really disappointed but when you don't pay they block your lines very quick but the service is pathetic!
