An unauthorized debit order was put through on my account, went into the rossetenville branch to query this. As usual like with any nedbank branch they were unable to assit in giving me any kind of info, the lady at the enquiry section put me through to there call centre and I was told by one of the consultants that they could help me or give me any details and that I should phone the next day, I did this and to no suprise I was given an incorrect number, this after I confirmed twice the day before at the branch that the number was correct, my question is? How can nedbank allow unauthorised transactions on my account, this is not the first time its happened, I've even gone as far as to open a new account and still this is happening, they are quick to ask you a million security questions to protect them selves but nothing gets done to protect us the client, its rediculous and I'm seriously considering changing service providers, there are other banks out there that offer a lot more ththan nedbank, really not impressed.
