3 weeks ago Nashua Mobile incorrectly billed me close to R5, 000. In the 3 weeks since I first queried this amount, I have twice been put on hold for over 20 minutes until I was cut off. Having been cut off, no one had the courtesy to call me back. After finally getting through and repeating myself to more than 5 consultants, I was told there was a system error and the bill was generated erroneously. I was informed that a credit note would be issued and I would be sent the correct bill. This was not done and resulted in my cellular service being CUT OFF, due to Nashua's incompetence. Upon reconnection and after 3 further calls, they have been unable to confirm the correct banking details for the payment to be made when I finally receive the correct invoice. This back and forth has been going on for 3 weeks and continues. I would not recommend Nashua mobile to anyone I know, in fact I would actively discourage doing business with Nashua. I cannot wait until my contract comes up for review so that I can take my custom where it is valued.
