On the 4 Jan 2013 we did not want to renew our contract. Then in March 2013 we asked for the contract to be cancelled and the number terminated. I was told by Matt Robertson in May 2013 that i must fax him a cancellation document and i did so. It is now the 1 June 2013 and still nothing has happened and money has been deducted again.
This is not acceptable for me and action needs to be taken!
